Lucy telling me that the noodles are like hair and she cant eat them. She did however eat the Panda meat.
For the record the cat really really really likes to get on the trampoline. He gets up there all by himself.
He also really really really likes to climb trees. Which makes him smell like Evergreens all the time. It's pretty cute.
I've been working a million miles a minute, adjusting to a new schedule in the house, getting ready to (walk) do a Run Ladies Run marathon on Sunday (first real major event since spinal surgery other than my tap dance class) and get ready for the random day we have a second kid in our house. Yesterday I borrowed my friend's adorable daughter Lucy for a lunchdate with Henry then a napdate, then a snack date then a "listen to Cornelius" date. This was over the course of 5 hours. It went really really well. Lucy didnt want to go home. We are trying to get Henry used to having another kid in his room, which he will eventually have to share. I wonder how different his life will be each morning, if his foster brother or sister will find it adorable that Henry hoots from his room when he wakes up and declares that he wants a "PILE OF LOVE CEREAL!" (Kashi Heart cereal). I wonder I wonder.
In the meantime, Ive had a random collection of black and white images going on in my head. Pieces of art, articles of clothing. Challenging myself to design things that are black and white (personal stuff mostly). My new portfolio site will be live in a week or two and I really stripped everything down, and restrained myself which is hard for me to do, especially if you know me. My brain is like a nonstop carnival of color and occasional classy sparkles.
Anyway. You really arent here to read right? Just to looky look. That's alright too.
Via but does it float.

More soon.
Love the images in the end of the post, but obviously the dual nap time image is my favorite. I'm glad they're buddies!

The photo of your hubby reading to the kids is just priceless! How wonderful that you plan to foster a child; he or she will find nothing but love in your home. And piles of love cereal! ;)
